Often mispronounced "Kah- dee" the correct pronunciation is "Kay-dee" with a true "d" sound, unlike the "t" of Katie, Katy, etc. The two "ee"s are sometimes misleading, leading the reader to incorrectly draw out the second syllable of the name.
