1. A phrase uttered in conversation when someone appears to simply be humouring you, behaving in a sycophantic or "yes man" fashion,. As opposed to carefully considering your standpoint.

2. A phrase uttered when someone is behaving in a pretentious manner.

3. An exclamation, similar in usage to "for fuck's sake".

"That girl keeps texting me smiley faces. GOMD already."

"She always needing to buy something random with pineapples on it. GOMD!"
