1. An overused or out of date item (a certain website, chain e-mail etc.)on the Internet, although the purveyor thinks it is brand new.

The phrase comes from the picture of a woman golfer kissing a trophy that made the e-mail rounds awhile back. The angle and lighting in the photo made it appear as though she was kissing a penis made of glass.

I've seen that site before, it's just a glass dick.
