Similar to Fungry, but stands for 'fucking hungery', as might be spelt by retards.

An example can be found on the word proper, on the second defintion.

Fanager (fake manager)- that one person at your work place that acts as if they are in charge when they hold just as much power as you. A fanager is annoying and rude. They believe they are always right and act like you are less than. They will tell you what to do, where to be, and how to work when you know exactly how to do the job.
