noun- A pipe support in between a plumbing drain pipe and earth, in a slab before concrete is poorer. Usually needed because of inadaquit dogging skills. Size usually ranges from 2"-6". Sentence- I need some flannigans under pipe to avoid sags and back pitched pipes because baco opperater over dug trench.

I need a flannigan under this pipe so there are no sags when it gets back filled because the backhoe operator dug it too deep.

Noun. A pipe support used in a slab when the backhoe operator over digs. It is used to go underneath of a piece of pipe and on top of the Earth. Ranges in size from 2 inch to 6 inch

The backhoe operator dug the trench back pitched, so we need a Flannigan to support the pipe properly.
