Non gender specific and ethnically ambiguous name. They could be black, white, LatinX, or legit anything else.

Their mom wanted to be different so she added an ‘I’ to their name.

Commonly mispronounced E-lee-she-uh but it’s actually E-lee-sha

“Elishia from upstairs in apartment 3b? Is that the white girl with curly hair, the black girl with locs, or the dude that lives with them?”
