'(to) Discribe':
Discribing something, means actually just describing but in a disappointed way.
You also sometimes use the word "discribe" when you're not really good with language.
So basically you're just finding that thing you describe awful, you're disappointed of it or you just don't know what you're saying.

Distriburtle

Distribute any kind of resource (time, money... especially these two) in a particularly clumsy/inefficient manner, usually amongst a multitude of possible options.

Like when you have two tests the next day, but have basketball training and it's 2 days before the match, and promised your friend you'd help him/her with the science project, but instead end up watching anime and ignore everyone and everything. Upon learning of this, a friend might comment "You totally distriburtled your time, brah!"
