To do with the cosmos or something otherworldly. Most often used in a supernatural sense.

Eg. The novel Romeo and Juliet refers to the cosmostic relation between the heavens and the young couple's fate.

The best guest character on the Cartoon Network show, Aqua Teen Hunger Force. He is a little alien blob with a lot of eyes and no mouth. In order to talk he shoots a tenticle into the back of Master Shake and he then talks through master shake in Japanese. Travis is known for great one liners using Master Shake.
