Drunk, inebriated, plastered to the extreme, possibly still mobile but definately not conscious. There must have existed some person named Cooter Brown at one point in human history and he was a DRUNK!
Hunter came home from that kegger last night and he was as drunk as Cooter Brown. We just threw him in the bathtub and closed the door.
