Chobi is derived from the popular Manga/Anime "Chobits". In the series, Ichiro Mihara used the word "Chobi" to describe anything that he thought was small and hopelessly adorable.

A person with a walrus mustache, that flies expensive kites. Also has problems with bathing, and loves larger women. In rare circumstances their teeth are appearing to rot/glow with a yellow light. Generally believed to guard personal beliefs that black people can't swim, and asians love to do math, and backs them up with "statistics".

A contraction of clean and sober. Used as a derogatory term to describe those that are too stupid to understand the difference between clean OR sober and the fact that they are not interchangeable but rather each is a distinct term used by unaffiliated programs.
