Someone who smokes so much they can be considered addicted to weed.

Etymology:

"Canna-" (relating to marijuana as in cannabis, cannabutter, cannabinoids, etc.)

"-holic" (being addicted to, as in Alcoholic, Workaholic, etc.)

"Dude did Mike just show up to class high again?"

"Yeah man, he's a cannabolic."
