Bulpy

The look of a dude’s crotch when he wears tight pants where there’s sort of a little dick bump at the bottom but not particularly a bulge. Sorta like a little chicken-peck bulge.

dude: hey what do you think of my new pants
other dude: it makes your crotch look bulpy
