Bitchpiling, like dogpiling, is when a group of people, typically women, collectively dislike a person and activly or passively make that persons life more difficult through gossiping, shaming, ostracizing, blaming, bitching etc., regardless as to weather any of them actually like said person or not or even have an opinion of them at all, it's simply the fashionable thing to do.

Regina called Cady a homeschooled jungle freak so naturally the mean girls bitchpiled on Cady, even though they had no idea what they were talking about. This solidified Regina's power within the group.

Angelica resented Max for keeping his boundaries so she started a groupchat with all the females in the workplace to bitchpile him behind his back. Most of the girls loved Max until they realized they could be excluded from the groupchat. This is how Angelica became the leader of the bitches in the workplace.

If you piss off the Queen Bitch, then she will bitchpile you.
