Bingo Wingo is a term used when trying to scare someone. It means to Clothesline someone, specifically with the Bingo Wing of the Arm.

Person 1:“Hey, let’s go Clothesline Rebeccah because her name is dumb!”
Person 2:“Better yet, let’s just Bingo Wingo her! It will be more humiliating!”
