Barner's Law 

Barner's Law states that eventually, no matter if the odds are even beyond impossible, the outcome of a situation is bound to change. This is most commonly used during the ESPN Streak for the Cash game. Depsite a team's record, composure, ability, experience, or any other factor to be considered, Barner's Law states that while on Streak for the Cash, this team will eventually experience the second outcome (ie. if the team is winning a lot, they will lose, or vice versa.). After winning most of the games in the world cup, The Netherlands felt the effect of Barner's Law and lost in the finals.

A person who perceives any form of communication with the opposite sex as flirting and/or being flirted with.

I think Tyler is suffering from Barner Syndrome because he told me Ann said hi to him and thus must have a crush on him.

Just because they’re nice to you doesn't mean they have a crush on you. If you think otherwise, you have Barner Syndrome.

Barner System 

Noun.

Based on the original Barter System. Used when someone gets injured and they are worried a cast, crutches, stitches ETC will negatively impact their sex life. This is an economically friendly way to get serviced with out resorting to prostitution.

I broke my wrist snow boarding so I used the Barner System to find a guy with an injury fetish.

She was writing the definition of the Barner System and it gave me a boner. Maybe I'll use my boner to service her in return, and consequentially, utilize the Barner System.

After winning all their games in the World Cup, The Netherlands experienced Barner's Law in the World Cup Finals resulting in a loss and a streak breaker on Streak For the Cash.
