They rarely are able to back their words with legitimate facts, and instead change the subject to cover their weak conversation skills. While annoying, they can also provide lots of laughs for those on the sidelines watching someone else deal with the agh-hole.

Anticipation, gloat and hope. Analogous to FUD, but opposite in polarity: while FUD refers to false beliefs that spread due to people being doubtful and afraid, AGH describes fake news that circulate because of people gloating over the possibility of failure of things they don't like
