Get the Jokemug. A sarcasm based sentence used to induce laughter, which either can get the person telling the joke beat up for being too offensive for the receiver, or the joke works and the receiver does not laugh.

Guy 2-I heard your joke, I got your joke, I didn't laugh at it based on life experience with you, I don't trust you so I don't think you're a funny guy even if others do. Not even if everybody seems to. I think you're a fuckin hypocrite just like me, and disagree with most of what you say, I have no good reason to laugh when you tell a joke at this time.
