hokey tokey

(n.) A smoking game in which the participants sit in a circle, take a puff, and pass it to another in no particular order.

The term could also be used in a derogatory fashion when describing an amateur smoke session where the participants don't know which way to pass the weed, and thus hold up the process.

You take a puff puff here,
You take a puff puff there,
You take a puff puff here,
And we pass it all around,
We do the hokey tokey as we cough our lungs out,
That's what it's all about.
