A term used by modern-day teens to say that you're looking a little rough or need some tidy cleaning.

When a person hasn't had a haircut in a while, others will say "you're chopped" when trying to talk to a girl.

(There's a male character named Jack Malloy with long hair and his brothers keep egging him on to get a haircut...)
