Quite the opposite of a Stan.. a Steve is someone known to be surrounded by chaos. So much so that they are accident / fire prone and do so quite often for fun. A Steve has the power to make a grown man cry.. .. .. .. cry because they are laughing so hard at the actual Steve's pain.
