They are mostly seen riding in Imports, but sometimes you might see a riced Lamborghini or similar on the road. They also act like their civic are faster than a LaFerrari

A person who makes unecessary modifications to their cheap Japanese cars to make it look faster and expensive.
Most commonly but not limited to; Honda Civics, Mitsubishi Lancers....etc.
The most common modifications are (but not limited to):
- Loud exhausts to attract attention
- Large spoiler that serves no purpose
- Lots of decals and fake parts like brembo covers
