One True Pairing. Meaning your favourite ship. (Or it's more like one thousand true pairings, so all the ships. There's never only one) OTP is usually used by fangirl (or fanboy) fangirling over a pair of people from a TV show, movie, or YouTube series who they think are meant to be, and perfect for each other

Meaning "One True Pairing", fangirls or fanboys often use it when describing a certain pairing. It is often used in regards to a fictional pairing in regards to a movie, book, anime, manga, or other such series.
Sarah was a huge Harry Potter fangirl, but was adamant in her beliefs that Dramione* and WolfStar** were canon, even though her thoughts had been rebuked several times, by critics and fans alike. In fact, she even went so far as to consider Dramione her OTP!
*The ship name for Hermione Granger and Draco Malfoy.
