Girlfriends

A group of girls (usually 1-5 in the group) tougher than the parole board a guy has to impress when he decides to get further on in a relationship with a girl. Will think one way about the guy in front of their friend, but talk about him like vultures to the girl behind his back.

Ashley: Girlfriends, this is my new boyfriend, Matt.
Matt: Hey.

(The girl leaves the room)

Liana: So, Matt, do you love Ashley? Do you feel she's the one for you?

Matt: Yes.

Melanie: What do you do for a living?

Matt: I'm a fitness instructor.

Aisha: What car do you drive?

Matt: Dodge Nitro.

(Girl comes back, guy leaves with her.)

Girl #1: he seems really nice. I like him.
Girl #2: Me too, he has a nice job, nice car, he's hot, he's perfect.
Girl # 3: I approve of him. I think she should stay with him.

eg: Whining, bitching, complaining

Joe: Dude, you look pissed. What's up?
Bob: It's Sara. She wont stop complaining about how hard her new school is. Her Girlfriending is driving me insane!
Joe: Buddy, that's lame. Drink?

A man who goes from dating girl to girl. If they get in a fight, or the girl does not give the man a certain thing ( ie. sex, kisses) The man will dump the girl and have a new one within a week.

firlfriend

1) A girl you're dating, but haven't made it "official" yet. Usually less than 5 dates or 2 months, whichever comes first.

2) A default girl that you hang out with all the time, but aren't dating nor plan on dating.

Yea, my parents are visiting me, but I don't think I'm ready to introduce them to the firlfriend yet.

Nah man, we're not dating, she's just a firlfriend.
