Get the Z-Loadmug. A person from the generation Z that looks at a person within an older generation, questioning or judging them by their words or actions, with an obvious stare. which the older generations find be gen Z unable to "interact socially" or "cannot communicate". Usually used in a situation where an older generation has the audacity to be entitled or talk down to a person in gen Z, but the gen Z person is so flabbergasted that they cannot respond in a kind or professional way.
Gen Z: "hello! How can I help you?"
Older generation: "MY SANDWICH WAS MADE INCORRECTLY!! YOU FORGOT ONIONS!!! I WANT A WHOLE NEW SANDWICH FOR FREE! NOW!!!!!"
