Get My Mind Right

To smoke a cigarette/blunt/or any substance that will alter your state of mind, typically to improve your ability to complete an otherwise boring task. Typically something you would say prior to doing so. Basically the equivalent of "I'm going to excuse myself real quick to go out back/run to my car to smoke a cig/blunt/joint"

i.e. Go take a smoke break

Hey man can you watch the grill? Imma go get my mind right

Im gonna start cleaning up my station, just let me go get my mind right first

When a man puts his hand in a girls mouth, and shakes it and runs the track at the same time, while having his skinny wang out. On the track he runs like the j, half way around, and the (Mind) represents the girl saying do you mind!

Nick gave the girl a J. Mind, and was tired after.

Mind-Muscle Connection

Mind-muscle connection means to focus and really engage that particular muscle during a rep.
This really becomes important when you are trying to target grow a certain muscle. Like for example the back muscles are one of the harder muscles to engage so this connection becomes really important.

" Use Mind-Muscle Connection to Really try to feel your lats pull during the pull-up to engage it don't let your biceps take over"

When a woman momentarily possesses the mental state of a man (i.e. pays attention and thinks rationally). This is apparently a novel state for most First World women, nearly akin to achieving orgasm.

In a moment of mindfulness, I put down my Danielle Steele novel and felt a wave of despair and suicidal thoughts, suddenly seeing my life for the pointlessly hollow shell of consumerism that it is. Then I downed a mimosa and admired my nails until the clarity passed.
