Nasus, a champion from the popular video game League of Legends, has an ability which whenever he uses it to kill a unit gains +3 extra damage. This bonus is doubled against enemy champions. So saying +6 when you kill an enemy champion in all chat is a form of disrespect to the enemy. It is also spammed on the twitch chat whenever nasus is getting a kill with that ability.
