Restricted codes are codes use by some group of people with common distinctiveness to share their secret information.
Saying restricted doesn't mean the language is compressed rather the function of the language may be timely.

Example of restricted codes; feel free and fly in the sky. This is a statement I normally communicate with my friends to feel much happy and enjoy their life

since G is next to H in the alphabet and on the keyboard, when gamers type GG it's code for HH which stands for "heil hitler".

when gamers shoot up a school they always say "GG".
this "GG code" is suspicious.
