This word was created to show the absurdity of language in general, and how, depending upon both cultural and geographical areas, anything can be a swear in the right context. This was done to try to get the attention of the higher-ups at youtube to fix the problems stemming from the rules they had against profanity, as well as point out the absurdity of language in general.
