They are unaware that they blocking a shop entrance, footpath, grocery store aisle, or other public access point. They continue to talk while not noticing that they are forcing people go around them or take a different way.
I had collected my disabled daughter from school. As I was pushing her wheelchair to the car, I came across 4 women who were waiting for their kids. They were chick blocking the footpath and did not seem to notice that we needed to get past. So I had to go off the footpath and push her wheelchair through the mud. I then had to clean my daughter's wheelchair before she could use it in the house.
