The accumulated Gamerscore on a persons Xbox Live account, which is increased by getting Achievements in games. Most Achievements are easy to get, while some require frequent, if not constant gameplay.

A low number indicates that one is a casual gamer, while a high number is an indication of ones real nerdiness.

you've never wanted to stuff someone in a locker so badly, this nerd is a total piece of shit and can be identified by his uncooperative, annoying tone of voice and scrawny little body.
