Fobbing can be taken beyond just a friendly gesture and into the realms of competition. For example, a Fob Win would be when the owner of the penis ejaculates before the vomitee can vomit. A Fob Lose is when the vomitee vomits before the penis owner can reach climax. Finally, the Fob Clog can be seen as a draw. In this instance both parties will finish at exactly at the same time. This is the messiest of the possible outcomes.
Note: For a Fob Clog to be allowed, the penis must still be in the throat area.

Fob's here are russian's/ ukrainians MOSTLY ukrainians, decked out in all adidas,
with mohawk's, extremley spikey hair, or buzz cut's. They have gold chain's around their neck's, and walk around blasting techno music. Saying many curse's, gotta love the fobs. And driving around with these nice ass pimped out rides. Yum. But

They use chopsticks, hang out with people of their own and also tend to speak their language(these are only generalizations, but there can be more). Asian people usually get offended by it, but it isn't taken very seriously. Usually used to define a certain category of Asians.
