Break in public

BIP (Break in public) happens to victims parking their vehicles in public places stores malls, parking garages, anywhere you park on a city street. Thieves targeting peoples belongings back packs, camera equipment, tourist with out of state license plates etc. Typically occurs often throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, Oakland, San Jose. This is common terminology in this part of California.

if you dont know what this is then you are actually stupid. Everyone and their mother knows what a bip be is. Like are you actually dumb. Break into cars. Used commonly and originated in the San Francisco Bay Area. The small plastic tool frequently used to break into cars is also referred to as a Bip.
