An epic high-five that is so incredibly tremendous that it results in the buckle of the receiver's watch breaking open, leaving the watch limp on the wrist of the receiver.

Person A: Haha, good one! Up top!
Person B: Ya!
*high-five* (watch breaks)
Person A: Oh man, person B! What an amazing high five!
Person B: Ya, what a watch-breaker!

Also known as a rubber necker, gaper, or lookyloo.

Some guy had a flat tire on the shoulder and there were three lanes of watch hoggers causing a mile long traffic jam, so I was late for work.
