a sarcastic way to complain about the video advertisements you have to watch before certain streaming videos a la online news, hulu, etc. incidentally also a tongue-in-cheek jab at the old myspace practice of saying "thanks for the add" when a total stranger accepts your friend request.
I don't care about feminine hygiene, I just want to see the 'Dramatic Squirrel' video! Thanks for the ad...

"Thank you for doing this for me, I couldn't have done it without you."
"Your thanks, it was my pleasure."

Get the thank you mug.
Evolutionists can use "Thank Darwin" as a tongue-in-cheek replacement for "Thank God" when some good, unexpected thing happens.

A common phrase spoken when you did not get an invite to an event. You say it for no real reason at all just to get a reaction from people or to let them know that you are in disappointment that you did not get invited. Even if it is something of no interest to you, you say it anyways!
"Hey guys, we sure had fun last night didn't we?" A boy in the room raises his head and says: "Thanks for the invite"
Invite can be interchanged with Intro, when you did not get introduced to someone.
