(Frugal emphasizes being saving, sometimes excessively saving, especially in such matters as food or dress, bills.: Doesn't purchase unnecessary things. Thrifty)
Maximizing-Frugalist may have unnecessary purchases, but will not let the money on the item go to waste;
Buying a guitar and insisting to learn daily.
Using batteries until they no longer turn on any device.
Using a single use .50c shaver until you no longer can.
Minimizing bills; going without extra channels on TV.
Choosing a minimal phone plan, gas for the remainder of the week, making half of a frozen pizza.
