Hai Phong

Hai Phong is a Vietnamese city and also a name. People named hai Phong are usually pretty funny and nice to other people. They get triggered pretty fast usually. They have a lot of friends but some people might say they are is a friend but Hai Phong might see them as an enemy. They are very sensitive to what they hear. They don't get crushes very easily but they have a lot of friends that are the opposite gender. They tend to JUUL sometimes but they never force anybody else to do something. If you know a Hai Phong near you get to know them better and be nice to them.
