A word commonly used by mentally ill people to attempt to make themselves feel more powerful when trying to defend themselves in any arguement to attempt to validate any unhealthy claims to others.

When a cis person explains something to a trans person that they already know or explains trans issues to a trans person, when they (the cis person) themselves don't know what they're talking about, because well they're cis and don't experience trans issues.
"I'm not transphobic, transphobia is the fear of trans people, and being trans gender is due to a mental disorder called gender dysphoria"
"You're taking the word transphobic out of context, being trans isn't a mental illness and the treatment for gender dysphoria is transitioning, you're such a cis-splainer, stop cis-splaning"

Short for cisgender, q slur mentally ill people who are mentally ill, trying to deny biology, use to refer to real men and women
"Judy Moonflower Sunshine, Bringer of the Storm at Dawn" a man who claims to be a woman, insists on referring to Jennifer, who actually IS a woman, as "cis" or "cisgender", despite repeated requests to refrain from doing so. Consequently, Jennifer is fully justified in calling Judy Moonflower Sunshine, Bringer of the Storm at Dawn by his given name, Ferguson and referring to him as a "fake woman".
