LITERALLY THE BEST PLACE, THE BEST COMMUNITY YOU CAN EVER BE IN.
People use it as a synonym for wholesomeness, perfection. Sometimes MACS is also used as an acronym for Most Aesthetical Creatures.
If you see someone from MACS, beware, and treat him/her with respect, especially if you're from ESM ;)
