H - Health. Cleaning away the dust and dirt helps clear the air of germs for better health.

O - Order. You feel organized and in control of your personal space once you achieve order.

P - Pride. You welcome guests into a clean home free of stress or anxiety. Have some pride, your home is NOT a hotel.

A company rep: Oh man! That client that just called is a total HOP, he's calling around trying find a company that gives a crap about his needs.
