Similar to a pre-nup agreement for the legally married! Especially in states that recognize common law marriage or just common law property! For example in Louisiana, they only recognize common law property and after a certain amount of lengthy cohabitation under the same roof.. entitlement rights to property becomes available for each person in the relationship of the domestic partnership!

I am so thankful that I had a pre-shack agreement after the demise of my former relationship!

I ate six bean burritos after that T-bone steak to pre-load. That toilet's gonna die today.
