They will post daily nonstop videos bashing Nintendo because the algorithm benefits from negativity and upload frequency. They either made their channels specifically to hate on Nintendo, or shifted their channel focus to hating Nintendo when it became the popular thing to do. Calling them out for grifting will lead to you being labeled a shill or a bootlicker, regardless of if you agree or disagree with Nintendo's decisions.
Note: Criticising Nintendo's anti-consumer actions doesn't automatically make you a grifter. Problems arise when your criticism turns into a content farm for the algorithm.

-Near-Daily Uploads Hating on Nintendo or its fans
-Use of AI in thumbnails
-Misinformation that can be debunked by a Google search ("You don't own the console", "$90 Games")
-They began hating Nintendo after the whole $450 Switch 2 situation
-Their content style is similar to other Nintendo Hate Grifters
