When an individual stalls for time in order to appear somewhat sober when in reality, they likely are far from sober.
Based on a diplomatic incident in Shannon, Ireland on September 30, 1994 where a heavily inebriated Boris Yeltsin circled over Shannon Airport for an hour on his aircraft, before landing and refusing to come off for a while before emerging, seemingly sober but only if you didn't look too closely.

"Ah, but surely we can go now. If we stall much longer, his da will think we're both circling over Shannon!"

cieralise is a loving, beautiful and funny person. shes fun to hang around with and if she trusts you a lot then she will defnitely show it, she is very kind but doesnt play when somebody tries to mess with her or her friends. otherwise you wouldnt have to worry about her being rude at all unless she is upset she will probably give you an attitude. one thing about her is her laugh, her laugh is funnyy im not even over exaggerating like her laugh will have you rolling on the floor. if yall were laughing at one thing the joke would be funnier with her laugh. theres nothing bad i can say about her other than her attitude.
