Generation 2

Generation 2 is a generation of humans that will be capable of extending the human life beyond the classical length of 80-100 years. The first ones may be Generation X due to Generation Y giving hella Gen Xers an accurate strategy to do it because of being less “active” but still “intelligent” (Gen X may not complete it because they already finished what they expected to finish, and it may take a serious chink of change to get it all done to a level of which keeps the current human alive throughout the next hundreds/thousands of years.

Generation 1: dude, you are the last hope for humanity, take this. *gives plans for allowing humans to live hella longer*
Generation X: this is bullshit, you are crazy, but hmm ill call it an idea and think about it *mods very slightly or creates entire new approach or fails/quits or doesn’t try*

200 years later

Generation 2: yeah i did it, should have probably scanned that guy in and cloned his “unactive” a$$ and helped him w all this newfound free time

generic greeting

Refers to da friendly wave, nod,. smile, etc. dat you courteously preform in response to a passing motorist/pedestrian who honks or calls hello to you, but you are unable to identify said greeter because the person has already moved too far away by the time you "get turned around" to see who it was.

A sportsman friend of mine experienced a classic case of "generic greeting" whenever he visited my area --- "The only thing I can figure is that I must have a vehicle that looks a lot like a local resident's, because everyone waves eagerly to me when I drive through town, and yet I don't really know anyone here. But heck, that's perfectly okay with me --- I dunno why they wave, but I just always wave back!"

Generative AI Art

"Generative AI Art" is where you use your words to influences the creation of an image. The image that is made isn't made by you but the collaboration between your words and the computer modal you interacted with. That said many modals give users lots of fine controls over the result

Using Generative AI you are not a graphic artist. You are a storyteller like a playwriter. It's your job to tell the story you want to see by setting the scene, any dialogue and subject mater. Then be the director until the actors (generator) make the artwork we need.

While the final output is an image, video, audio, etc. it is important to remember that the role of the Human participant is in the writing and so they are a writer. Also that the final work would not exist without the humans input so they share partial ownership of the creation as a play write would over a live theater production.

"Generative AI Art" is crazy. I just type in "castle" and I get a medieval looking castle but when I started added details about the castle I was able to recreate that scene from our D&D session last night.

I think as "Generative AI Art" like taking a photo. Ya I can pull out my phone in the mirror and make a duck face but I could also hike out to a waterfall with my DSLR as dawn and score an amazing shot with sun rays hitting the spray in morning light.
