Someone who is a complete jerk off and an asshole. They lack no common sense and have major anger issues for no reason. They always make dumbass jokes and arent funny. They're probably high school dropouts and lack any social skills. They pay for only fans when porn is free. their dream is to be a rapper, but they're so dull like a stick has been rammed up their ass that they cant. and they always try and fight people but they are skinnier than aa twig and would snap in half

R*tarded

A term originally used medically for people with mental disorders. The term was used as an excuse to rape, torture, and kill thousands of adults and children. It is a slur and extremely offensive as it reminds those actually struggling with mental health that somebody out there might just want them dead. This has not been reclaimed by any communities and is not a word to be used in common language or really at all.

People who would once be considered clinically r*tarded are crippled by a society that lacks supports, not their own mental health.

DRUG-TARD

A person, whom after years of drug use has destroyed (or retarded) their ability to function. A drug-tard is often found unable to care for themselves or abide by common, simple ideas, like don't walk in traffic or crap on the sidewalk. They are an extremely dependent portion of society.

He's not much of a threat he's just a drug-tard.
