Kooks 3

In 1936 a series of serial rapings took place in the states, Idaho, Nebraska, Kansas, and southern Nevada. After a 23 year long investigation the FBI successfully tracked down and raided a national terrorist organization that is "Kooks 3". 40 years after the incident and we only now figure out that the United States government has been using the organization as a paid method to kidnap and silence anti-police brutality protesters and black people, especially children.
