So abnormal that it leaves onlookers confused. Something completely disoriented and perplexing. Very out of whim, confusing and wonky.

When your friend goes boss eyed after drinking too much, usually vodka or any other spirits
The ooglie googlie also comes with other side effects like silly behaviour & verbal insults to other people's mums etc..
Usually the best way to deal with the ooglie googlie is to show them the door...but be aware they will resist

The sticky, slimy, gross substance that is produced from a foreign object. Most googly is secreted from an object that creates a liquid form. If anything is contaminated with googly, washing immediately after contact is necessary.
