Blood clot

When a group of African Americans are standing around inadvertantly blocking a sidewalk, entrance or area whereby it impedes one from being able to go around them easily.

As Roberto and I walked down the street, we noticed a large group of African Americans standing around, blocking a large part of the sidewalk. I looked at Roberto and said "look out for the blood clot".

Even on a three- or four-lane freeway, a traffic clot can occur at any time, slowing down other motorists and leading to things like road rage.
