the arctic? boiling compared to how cool this guy is. a "handsome devil" some have said and probably will continue to say for as long as time. total ladies man. incredible conversationalist, makes you want to talk until you lose your voice. funnier than any comedy special on Netflix (or other streaming platforms). if you're friends with an Evan then you've found the gold at the end of the rainbow.

An Evan is very sweet, and will be a great person to get to know, despite the awkwardness. Although, sometimes, on rare occasions, he may get mad bitches.
