2. A needed institution that suffers from apathy from teachers and mismanagement from the government. Teachers are generally not actively malicious, but are petty and controlling. After all, this is the way it was done when they were kids, so this is the way it should be done now.

"Definitely", "ridiculous" , "useless", "children", "government", and "stupid" are all words that school should teach you to spell.
