This is a newer slang to refer to a child who has failed one of the years in preschool.

Teacher : sorry to say this but your daughter is a pre-ker
Dad : again she's seven how many more times!
Teacher : she has failed the fourth time I would have rolled into a different School or homeschool her

Talking to someone in private before a decision meeting is taking place in order to persuade said person to take your side.

Co-Worker: I don't know if we can convince management that this is the right choice
You: Don't worry, I pre-suaded Tom, he has our back.

Pre-dabbing

A dab that is taken before a dab. In example when someone pre-games with alcohol before a party.

A dab taken before the final dab.
A Marijuana wax, rosin, oil and etc.

"I'm pre-dabbing my before I take join the dab sesh"
"Let's pre-dab by taking a few dabs and then well take our final dab"
